Jess Mund, L.Ac. has been studying Chinese Medicine for nearly 20 years. Acupuncture is the core of her practice. While she uses a mix of traditional needling techniques, her preferred method is very gentle (similar to Japanese style) and is excellent for children and those new to acupuncture.

Herbs are used in conjunction with other therapies to promote health. Jess draws from the best of both ancient and modern herbal medicine knowledge to craft personalized formulas. Whether addressing acute or chronic conditions, herbs are an invaluable resource to optimize wellbeing naturally.

Jess' apothecary includes many high-quality patent remedies for acute and common conditions. She has been using these formulas for decades both personally & professionally. Jess traveled to China in 2011 to inspect the manufacturing and quality-control departments of her preferred herb distributor. She purchases organic herbs whenever available.
